Because each Chabi Diamonds piece is individually crafted to order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We strongly encourage clients to confirm their desired specifications — including metal type, gemstone selection, engraving, and ring size — prior to finalising their order. Our team is always available to assist you before purchase to ensure every detail is perfect.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.

If you believe your item is defective or has been damaged in transit, please contact chabidiamonds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
