2. Made-to-Order Jewellery
All jewellery is made to order. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Estimated creation times are outlined on each product page but may vary based on design complexity and material availability.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct errors before acceptance of any order.
4. Shipping
We deliver within the UK and internationally using secure, insured services. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as customs or courier disruptions.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available unless an item is found to be faulty.
