At Chabi Diamonds, every piece is made to order with meticulous craftsmanship and care. We treat each shipment as a delivery of something extraordinary.

Production and Dispatch

All pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for creation before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your jewellery has been shipped.

Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® for all UK orders.

• Fully tracked and signed for

• Insured up to £2,500 per parcel (additional insurance available for higher-value items)

• Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1 pm after dispatch.

For international orders, we ship using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, with additional insurance and secure courier partnerships where applicable.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery.

Loss or Damage in Transit

​

While rare, if your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at chabidiamonds@gmail.com. We will liaise directly with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
